What we stand for…
"South Hampstead Against the Cuts" is committed to fighting all cuts to public services and jobs both locally and nationally. We refuse to pay the price for a crisis caused by banks and financiers while they continue to profit, with bankers bonus's this year alone reported at £7 billion. We are part of "Camden against the Cuts" and seek to build a campaign locally and join up with others nationally to protect our services and stop the attacks of this Con-Dem government. We call upon the Labour run Camden council to take a principled stand and refuse to implement the £90 million cuts programme planned over the next 4 years which will devastate lives and communities.
NO CUTS, NO JOB LOSSES, UNITED WE CAN WIN.
